Reasons for Racing Panel of New South Wales appeal by Noel Callow

The Racing Appeal Panel of New South Wales published its reasons on Tuesday for allowing the appeal on April 3rd of jockey Noel Callow over his reckless riding charge from his winning ride on Montoya's Secret in the Group 1 Vinery Stud Stakes at Rosehill on March 25th, 2017, and the reduction in his $15,000 fine to $7,500 on the careless riding charge.
