The Tin Man (GB) withdrawn from LONGINES Hong Kong Sprint

Dr Peter Curl, Executive Manager, Veterinary Regulation has advised the Hon Kong Jockey Club Stewards that THE TIN MAN, trained by Mr James Fanshawe and entered to run in the LONGINES Hong Kong Sprint (Group 1) on Sunday, 10 December 2017, presented with a fever after arriving in Hong Kong.

After discussing the horse’s condition with Mr Fanshawe, it has been decided the horse will not be suitable to compete in the stated race and accordingly THE TIN MAN has been officially withdrawn from the LONGINES Hong Kong Sprint (Group 1).
