Multi coloured caps to number six for Godolphin in Slipper

The multi coloured caps for the Royal Blue silks will number six, possiblity seven, for the Godolphin stable's team in the $3.5m, Group 1 Longines Golden Slipper (1200m) at Rosehill on Saturday.

The stable released its runners on Monday as follows with their latest market prices: Tenley - $6.00, Microphone - $7.00, Lyre - $9.00, Exhilarates - $13.00, Pin Sec - $17.00, Kiamichi - $34.00 and emergency Bivouac - $51.00. The Waller trained Yes Yes Yes is the current $5.00 favourite.

Lonhro filly Athiri who was third to Kaimichi in the Group 3 Magic Night Stakes over 1200m at Rosehill on Saturday, was assured a start in the field, however the filly was not nominated for the Slipper and the stable decided against paying the $150,000 late entry fee.

The tenth placegetter from the Magic Night Stakes, the Hayes and Dabernig trained Lankan Star, will undergo a vet examination on Monday from Racing NSW vets after performing below expectations
