Nothingilikemore (132lb) is another youngster with Group race potential and the exciting three-year-old will attempt to maintain his perfect record with a fourth straight win in Sunday afternoon’s closer, the Class 2 Power Of Music Handicap (1400m) at Sha Tin.
Moreira will be in the plate for a third time, six weeks after the Size-trained Husson gelding saw off a Class 3 field by two lengths to earn a 13lb rise in the handicap. The bay is now rated 89 having kicked off his career in January off a mark of 52.
“He’s had enough time to get over his last start, which was a bit of a tough run for him and he’s gone up the ratings a lot, so we’ve got to try and give him time to catch up to the handicapper,” Size said.
“We kept him trialling to keep his fitness level up and it seems he’s got over the race, and it seems he’s fit enough to go back. This race looks suitable. We’ll run him in this, and, just being a three-year-old, I mightn’t do much with him after that. I’ll see how he pulls up. Nothingilikemore’s probably got plenty more in him.”
Sunday’s Community Day card commences at 1pm with the Class 5 Beyond Arts Appreciation Handicap (1200m). The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Trophy is race five at 3pm and the concluding Power Of Music Handicap is due off at 5.45pm.
