Veterinary inspections and sampling completed for Everest runners

Racing NSW stewards' reported late Friday morning that they and Racing NSW Veterinarians earlier in the morning completed the final veterinary inspections and sampling of all runners engaged to start in this Saturday’s $10m, TAB The Everest (1200m) at Randwick.

The stewards said that all horses have been passed fit to take their place in the race and the routine analysis of non-raceday samples collected from all runners, which is continuing to be conducted by the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory, has detected no abnormalities.

The Everest is Race 8 at 4.15pm AEST.
